Jay Elis - Chief Operating Officer
Our COO, Jay brings over 25 years of experience in management and delivery of IT and other services across Federal and State and local government markets. Jay has a career formed through years of successful project delivery and client satisfaction. He has a BS from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and multiple leadership and management certificates from the University of Notre Dame -
Mendoza College of Business and Villanova University.
